LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Clear the room and make sure there is space for people to move around.

Ask all participants to stand up.

Ask a series of questions and ask participants to self-organize along a spectrum (Agree, disagree, or I don’t know areas/If they do something step inside the circle, if they don’t stay on the outside of the circle).

With each question, ask 2-3 participants to share the details of their answer and ask follow-up questions if necessary.
